This is a second floor apartment facing north east where, in the morning the sun rises on one side of the 'L' shaped balcony and in the evening sets on the other. Ideal for breakfast or evening meals in the sun.
Full depth opening windows on each side of the balcony give access to magnificent views. Two tables and chairs to seat 6 are available for use on the balcony. There have been significant improvements over the last few years with the installation SKY television, dvd player, a new fan oven, microwave oven and replacement of table and chairs, all crockery and cutlery, carpet, wardrobe and refurbishment of the bathroom and fridge. The central heating ensures it is extremely comfortable in even the coldest weather. The bathroom is fitted with a full size bath and overbath shower, sink, WC, and heated towel rail. Towels and all bedding are included in the price. A new washing machine has just been installed but it is probably easier to use the washerette down the road.
The sleeping facilities consist of a pull down double bed and a fold out double sofa bed separated by a wooden sliding concertina screen offering a good level of privacy at night, but allowing full utilisation of the space during the day.
If the TV or video's/DVD's supplied are not your thing then there is a range of board and card games to keep you occupied on any resting days you may take.

The Apartment
The apartments are situated high up on the side of the mountain overlooking the stunning Megeve valley.
With uninterrupted views across and down the valley and up towards the summit of Mont Blanc it has, as the famous lager brewery would say, probably the best views in the area.
Only 600 metres from the old village centre it is ideally situated for the shops or an evening in one of the many restaurants in Megeve and being approximately 100 metres from the ski lift on Rochebrune, where there is also a small restaurant and bar, it is the perfect location for snow sports enthusiasts
